Shipping schedule
We dispatch every Monday and Thursday from our kitchen in Jersey City, NJ. Orders placed before 12 PM EST go out on the next dispatch day. Orders after that ship the day after.
Delivery times
- Northeast & Mid-Atlantic: 2–3 business days
- Midwest, South, Texas: 3–4 business days
- West Coast: 4–5 business days
- Hawaii & Alaska: 3–4 business days via expedited air
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on orders over $60. Below $60, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and ZIP code (typically $8–$14). Expedited overnight is available at cost.
Freshness guarantee
Every box is made within 48 hours of dispatch and packed with cold gel packs to preserve texture and flavor. If your order arrives damaged, melted, or past its prime, email hello@rangeela.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund — no questions asked.
Festival deadlines
For major festivals (Diwali, Holi, Eid, Raksha Bandhan), order at least 7 days before the date to guarantee arrival. We open a separate festival cutoff calendar 4 weeks ahead.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link within 24 hours of dispatch. Carriers we use: UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority — chosen based on your ZIP for the shortest transit.
International shipping
We currently ship only within the 50 United States. We're working on Canada — drop your email in the newsletter to be notified when it's live.
