The short version
If your sweets arrive damaged, melted, or past their freshness window, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace your order or refund you in full. Photos help us improve our packaging — please include them.
What qualifies for a refund or replacement
- Damaged in transit (crushed, leaking, broken seals)
- Melted or spoiled due to delivery delays
- Incorrect item received
- Quality concerns within the freshness window
What doesn't qualify
- Taste preferences (mithai is personal — try a different sweet next time, we'll suggest)
- Damage from leaving the parcel outside in heat after delivery
- Requests made more than 48 hours after delivery
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 12 hours before dispatch. After dispatch, the order is in transit and cannot be cancelled — but our freshness guarantee still applies on arrival.
How to start a claim
Email hello@rangeela.com with your order number, a brief description, and photos. We aim to respond within one business day, usually faster.
Refund timing
Once approved, refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
